He is a Registered Psychometrician, Certified Life Skills Coach, Mental Health Trainer, and Lean Six Sigma White Belt. His work blends psychology, community engagement, and strategic leadership to empower and uplift the youth sector.

Dysa Libao Arcosa is a graduate of PUP Sta. Mesa with a degree in BS Entrepreneurship. As a Training Design Specialist, she creates learner-focused programs using practical business insights and proven instructional frameworks. Known for her creativity and clarity, Dysa designs engaging, effective training materials that align with organizational goals and empower learners to grow.

Zaira Marie Verunque is the Founder and CEO of iBoard Living, a Philippine proptech startup transforming rental property management. A certified Industrial Engineer with a Master’s in Engineering Management, Zaira was named one of the “100 Inspiring Women of the Philippines.” Inspired by her own rental struggles and global experiences, she built iBoard Living to simplify renting for Filipinos through tech-driven solutions.

A seasoned consultant and coach, she works with Business’ Advocacy in Sustainable and Innovative Concepts, Inc. and Childfam-Possibilities. She’s a certified Go Negosyo mentor and resource speaker for DTI, PTTC, TPMP Services, and more. A coach at ReSkills EdTech, she manages diverse sectors in business, HR, training, and consulting. A UST Psychology alumna, she previously held leadership roles at Jollibee Foods Corporation, T Communications, and the Center for Small Entrepreneurs.

Chris Francisco is a multi-industry entrepreneur and innovator. He is the CEO of Nasya, a processing company for licensure applications abroad, and the Founder of Upcare, a job search app. As Co-Founder of ManPro, he helps deliver smart business solutions, including their flagship HRIS platform. He also serves as the Product Innovation Officer at GAC Infinity Hub Corporation, driving forward tech-enabled business growth.
